Interior movement signed “Patek Philippe & Co Genève” with visible movement serial number and traditional Swiss finishing. Case interior marked “10K Gold Filled” with additional maker’s hallmark stamps visible. Watch exhibits classic vintage character with patina, surface wear, scratches, and aging consistent with age and use. Dial shows visible aging and spotting throughout, adding to the vintage aesthetic. Strap appears to be a later replacement and shows moderate wear.
