Nackter Harpokrates mit seitlicher Jugendlocke und seitlich herabhaengenden Haenden mit nach vorne gerichteten Handruecken. Das Haupt bedecken ein Nemes-Kopftuch und die praechtige Hem-hem-Krone. Am Hinterkopf oese. Toenung, Spitzen der aeusseren Sonnescheibe gebrochen. Provenienz: Ex Sammlung Jacques Hollander (1940 - 2004), Belgien; ex Slg. Lucien u. H?l?ne Mellerio, Tajan 13.11.2001, Lot 65. Silver amulet in form of a statuette of seated Harpokrates. Ptolemaic Period, 305 - 30 BC. H without base 7.3cm. Silver. Nude Harpocrates with a side curl of youth and hands hanging down at his sides with the backs of the hands facing forward. His head is covered by a nemes headdress and the magnificent Hemhem crown. Loop at the back of the head. Tip of the left and right sun disc missing.
