A 14-Bore Double barrelled percussion sporting gun by Thomas Boss, No. 671 With twist sighted barrels faintly engraved '2' the rest illegible along the rib, breeches each with short platinum line and pierced platinum plug, border engraved flat locks each signed and serial numbered on the inside, and decorated with foliate scrollwork on the outside, hammer en suite (one missing), figured half-stock with chequered grip and fore-end, steel mounts comprising butt-plate, trigger-guard with a pointer in a landscape on the border with foliate scrollwork in the serial numbered tang, trigger-plate with pointed finial engraved with foliage, rear ramrod-pipe en suite, ramrod lacking, London proof marks and barrelsmith's mark 'tp', stock broken and repaired at wrist, 81.5 cm. barrels For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
