Description
Century taper cap black chased hard rubber fountain pen with gold decorative bands, circa 1910’s. Century Pen Company of Whitewater, Wisconsin were just 20 miles down the road from Janesville, the home to many pen companies of the time, including Parker. This example likely made by them as it is nearly identical to the 6 model with 14K fine flexible nib and over-under feed. Length 5 7/8” and 6 5/8” posted, filling mechanism dropper fill. Overall good condition, imprints legible, nib slightly sprung.
