Produced in a limited edition of 3,557 pieces, it captures many defining characteristics of the first-generation Speedmaster, including its symmetrical straight-lug case, broad-arrow hands, and steel tachymeter bezel. The dial features the applied Omega logo at 12 o'clock and vintage-toned luminous material, echoing the appearance of the original model. The watch is powered by the manual wind Caliber 1861, the same movement that powered the Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch from 1996 until the introduction of the Caliber 3861. The commemorative case back celebrates the model's heritage with a special '60th Anniversary' engraving and the original hippocampus emblem.
