As he is potentially Bonnet's son, they scheme to gain custody of him. The second: Parts of this costume are worn at different points in Season 4. The coat can be seen in the episode where Claire and Jamie get attacked by Bonnet, and the waistcoat can be seen in the episode, titled 'Wilmington', in which he violently attacks Brianna.
