A LARGE GLAZED POTTERY CAPARISONED LION AND TWO ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS Ming Dynasty Comprising: a green and ochre-glazed model of a standing Buddhist lion, with wide open mouth and the head turned to the left, the caparisoned beast supporting a large vessel and dressed in elaborate trappings; a glazed lotus-form element; and a green and ochre-glazed terminal.
