A SWATOW BLUE AND WHITE 'BUDDHIST LION' DISH, A SWATOW BLUE AND WHITE 'BIRD AND FLOWERS' DISH AND A THAI CELADON INCISED 'FISH' DISH 16th/17th century Comprising: a Swatow dish decorated with a stylised Buddhist lion playing with a beribboned brocade ball within floral and geometric pattern borders on a crackleware ground; a Swatow blue and white flaring dish decorated with a bird amongst leafy, flowering stems within a band of floral cartouches; and a deep celadon-glazed dish, incised to the well with a pair of stylised fish, the exterior moulded with vertical petals radiating from the foot.
