A KINRANDE 'LONGEVITY' DISH AND TWO CIRCULAR BOXES AND COVERS Ming Dynasty The dish painted with a central underglaze-blue medallion with a tree in the form of a Shou character issuing ripe peaches, surrounded by beaded jewellery patterns and geometric designs highlighted with green enamels and gilt, a fuguijiaqi mark to the base, Jiajing; the circular box and cover, Swatow, of domed form decorated in iron-red and green enamels with a central roundel enclosing a hare, surrounded by geometric patterns, the box similarly decorated on the sides, circa 1700; the smaller circular box and cover, Swatow, decorated in iron-red on the domed cover with a deer, circa 1700.
