Pour ce projet exceptionnel, l'Atelier Mori a été entièrement consacré à Bernard Cathelin pendant cinq semaines. Grâce à sa parfaite maîtrise de la lithographie, l'artiste a pu mener à bien ce travail d'une ampleur remarquable. L'impression a été réalisée sur la célèbre machine plate conçue par Monsieur Mori lui-même, une presse de plus de six mètres de long pour laquelle un atelier spécifique a été construit. Les tirages numérotés sont restés au Japon, seuls les exemplaires réservés à l'artistes et l'éditeur ont été rapatriées en France, ce qui explique la grande rareté de ces œuvres sur le marché européen. The lithographs were printed at the Mori Atelier in Sakaki, Japan, the only workshop capable of producing lithographs of such monumental dimensions. For this exceptional project, the Mori Atelier was dedicated exclusively to the artist for five weeks. Thanks to his outstanding mastery of lithographic techniques, Cathelin was able to accomplish a work of remarkable scale and complexity. The lithographs were printed on the famous flatbed press designed by Mr. Mori himself for which a dedicated workshop was specially constructed. Only the artist's proofs were brought back to France, making these works exceptionally rare on the European market.
