A striking Japanese porcelain vase of baluster form, dating to the mid to late 20th century (circa 1960–1980). Hand-painted in vibrant overglaze enamels with traditional figural scenes and floral panels, framed by a deep blue moriage ground with raised turquoise enamel beadwork. The neck and foot are finished with stylised red and gilt borders.
