The work appears to have been relined and is providing good support. Scattered scuffs and small abrasions. Inspection under UV light reveals various areas of retouching, including a large 'L' shaped repair, likely to a previous tear, across the left kitten and basket. Further larger areas of overpaint are present to the upper and lower right corners and along the lower left edge. Smaller retouches are dotted throughout. The restoration does however appear to have largely been sensitively done. The image presents a varnish and light surface dirt.
