Description
An Egyptian limestone relief of a hieroglyph of a kneeling figure with arms raised Late Period, circa 664-332 B.C. 10cm x 18cm Footnotes: Provenance: with Jonathan Mankowitz. Jeremy Mason Collection, London, acquired from the above in the 1980s. The fragment comes from the middle of a text and is therefore unlikely to represent the god Shu but rather the hieroglyph heh, meaning millions.
