Provenance: Walter H. Hodges (1868-1938), who acted as assistant to the Political Officer at Sikkim from 1890 to 1917. He, and his family were on very friendly terms with Sidkeong, having known him from a young age, and living nearby to the Royal palace at Gangtok, Sikkim.
