Cal. 9mm (Luger). S# IRS2901. Bbl. 7 3/4". Triangular blade front sight. Fixed aperture rear sight. The Sten gun was the standard SMG of the British military during WW2. This particular gun appears devoid of military markings but does have IRS serial on left side of tube. Suncorite finish with bbl. having "In-the-white" appearance. NFA registry lists mfr. as "ENGLAND". Wire stock. MAGS: 1-32 rd. marked "Bg" on floorplate. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: two spare bbls., spare bolt & repro manual. CONDITION: metal retains 40% Suncorite with a crude brazed repair on tube beneath front sight. overall flaking, scattered oxidation, handling marks & operational wear. Action functions properly when hand cycled. Very good bore with strong rifling. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT SMG REQUIRING BATF TRANSFER BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION. FULLY TRANSFERABLE.
