Today it is awarded for service to humanity through various health organizations. This example includes the Neck order with a red ribbon. CONDITION: light wear overall. 3) The Austrian Decoration of honor for Services to the Republic of Austria was established in 1922 and was for outstanding service to Austria by a native Austrian or foreigner. This example includes the Breast Star with red and white enamel and a central Austrian eagle. CONDITION: light wear overall. 4) The Portuguese Red Cross 4th Class Dedication Medal was established in 1921 and recognized distinguished service to the Portuguese Red Cross. This example has a red enameled cross with a white enameled central disk topped by a red and white ribbon. CONDITION: light wear with a slightly faded ribbon. (02-25828-8/BF). NON-GUN. $500-800.
