This 4" python revolver has an added foliate style scroll engraving with wavy border and geometric designs covering approx. 60% of its high polished nickel surfaces with embossed eagle head behind right recoil shield. The trigger, wide spur checker hammer, cylinder latch and front sight are gold plated. Composite 2pc aftermarket Colt marked target style grips with incised mountain lion on left handle. CONDITION: overall very fine, reapplied nickel finish. Gold plated finish is thinning with use wear. Grips are very fine. Good bore with light rifling wear. (26-1941/ZAL). CURIO. $5,000-8,000.
