S.A. dagger, 8.75 in. blade and 13.75 in. overall, with very fine hardwood handle inset with SA button and eagle. Regrettable wear straight down the center of the deeply etched blade with the motto of the organization: ‘Alles fur Deutschland’ (‘All for Germany’), with a maker mark on the reverse ricasso for Aesculap, Tuttlingen. Oxidation seen throughout the blade, crossguard, pommel, and heavily displayed on the brown painted scabbard. Attached to the suspension ring is the brown leather hanger. Just good condition, sold as is.
