Description:  Rare George III Mother of Pearl Hafted Silver Bladed Folding Fruit Knife.
 
The handle is engraved with a large Anchor on the front side, and large sunbursts on the reverse side.  There is a small quill steel blade, and the silver fruit knife blade.  The silver blade has a bright-cut bordered edge to it.  There is an engraved solid silver spine along the edge of the piece.
 
 Dates to around 1790.
 
 Length open is 5.5 Inches.
 
 Condition: Good.  There is no spring left to the silver blade.  The quill steel blade springs in and out of the handle.  There is a crack to the reverse side of the handle.
