With a generic welcome letter on hotel letterhead, a copy of the Room Tariff, and a commemorative booklet with color illustrations of the hotel. De Havilland was a frequent guest at the illustrious hotel and often dined at their famous restaurant, the Polo Lounge. During the Golden Age of Hollywood, film stars often lived in the Beverly Hills Hotel Bungalows, which were separate from the main hotel, offering privacy and even small private pools.
