Lot of two (2) pieces. Includes Heer shield insignia for pith helmet (Tropenhelm Abzeichen) and Heer visor eagle insignia. Shield is silver-washed, non-magnetic, with three prongs on reverse. Eagle has two prongs reverse. Both unmarked, mounted on heavy cardboard. Shield gross weight 8.3 grams. Dimensions 39x44mm. Visor eagle gross weight 3.7 grams. Dimensions 28x49mm.
Condition
Very good, original condition. Shield slightly bent. Some verdigris, patination, finish loss.
