Condition report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. Along the sheet edges, a faint narrow light-stain from the mat. The left sheet edge slightly uneven and in places folded forwards; at the lower edge on the right, one short tear (1 cm) with a minuscule loss. The paper in places lightly scuffed and, overall, faintly creased; on the right-hand side, at the level of the head, a faint diagonal crease mark (20 cm). On the reverse, in the corners, residues of paper fibres and adhesive, and along the upper edge, remnants of paper strips from former mountings. In the upper corners, remounted with Japan paper onto the support cardboard.

Zustandsbericht: Schöner harmonischer Gesamteindruck. Entlang der Blattkanten ein schwacher schmaler Lichtrand vom Passepartout. Die linke Blattkante etwas unregelmäßig und teilweise minimal nach vorne umgefaltet; an der Unterkante rechts ein kurzer Einriss (1 cm) mit winziger Fehlstelle. Das Papier stellenweise schwach berieben und insgesamt schwach knittrig; im rechten Bildbereich auf Höhe des Kopfes schwach diagonal gestaucht (20 cm). Rückseitig in den Ecken Papierfaser- und Kleberreste sowie an der Oberkante Papierstreifenreste von ehemaligen Montierungen. In den oberen Ecken erneut mit Japanpapier auf den Unterlagekarton montiert.
