The lithographed artwork is decorated with allegorical and heraldic imagery, the society’s motto Amicitia, Amor et Veritas (Friendship, Love and Truth), and detailed scenes representing peace, goodwill, and industry. Presented behind glass in its original gilt gesso frame with ornate floral corners and original backboard bearing the framer’s label for Geo. Hamer, Worcester.
