Heavy brass hilt with three branches connecting to a knuckle bow and pommel cap, brown leather grip with twisted brass wire wrapping; straight single-edge blade with false edge at the tip and two long fullers and marked on the back of the blade with etched 1810 date inscription; iron scabbard with later nickel plating and two suspension rings.
