This is deluxe copy number 53 of only 250 produced. The limitation page bears Roger Daltrey's bold blue ink signature, while Ross Halfin has additionally signed the primary limitation page identifying the book as one of 1,500 numbered copies. The deluxe edition was specially issued with full blue leather binding accented by gilt stamping and page edges and is housed in its original custom slipcase featuring striking period artwork of the band.

Compiled by legendary rock photographer Ross Halfin, the volume focuses on The Who's explosive rise during the 1960s through hundreds of exceptional photographs contributed by Tony Gale, Colin Jones, Chris Morphet, Dominique Tarle, David Wedgebury, Baron Wolman, and other renowned photographers.
