Married to Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna, he was one of the most prolific clients of Peter Carl Fabergé. On the photo we see  gifted to the Serbian king exhibited in the museum in Serbia with a missing alexandrite in other screenshot we see the same box gifted to Alexander 1 for his wedding in 1922. These special gift boxes were made to order especially for Alexander Mikhailovich with his monogram and given only to special people for him. The box was made in the legendary Fabergé factory from silver with a gold clasp and alexandrite it is marked on the inside 84 and Fabergé. This is the best preserved exemple of this pill box.
