The present portraits were supplied by Plucknett of Warwick, with their labels present verso.

Condition Report:
The panels largely appear to be providing good support, however one presents a large vertical crack to the left side of the panel. Some abrasions, small losses and deposits of gold paint to the extreme edges commensurate with rubbing to the frames. Scuffs, superficial scratches and occasional stains are present. Inspection under UV reveals scattered retouching with some smaller areas of strengthening to the details as well as larger areas of overpaint. The cloudy, uneven varnish and surface dirt renders it difficult to thoroughly read the restoration. The works would benefit from a professional clean.
