Made in Canada. 1939. Double-sided painted metal (DSPM). Die-cut. The sign is from a point-of-purchase display rack that contained six packs of Coca-Cola. As Coca-Cola expanded its bottling operations, these store display racks encouraged consumers to purchase multiple bottles for home consumption, shifting the beverage from a soda fountain treat to a household staple. Marked, "ST. THOMAS METAL SIGNS, LTD. 1939 MADE IN CANADA" lower centre edge. Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #501805). All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions. All purchases are eligible for free delivery to the Fall 2026 Dixie Gas Show on September 11th.
