Condition Notes: Calling all entomologists! This petite fly has a ruby cabochon thorax, an emerald cabochon abdomen, diamond eyes, and diamond-set wings. The ruby cabochon measures approximately 6.80 x 5.60 x 3.30 mm. The emerald cabochon measures approximately 14.90 x 10.10 x 6.00 mm. The reverse of the brooch is marked "Van Cleef & Arpels N.Y." and with a serial number, available upon request. The brooch is equipped with a single pinstem and catch.
