TWO SINGLE PSALTER LEAVES Late 14th century Two individual leaves on parchment, each featuring a single column of Latin text accompanied by polychrome and gold-decorated initials and foliate scrollwork (recto and verso). Dimensions: 16.5 x 12.5 cm and 8.5 x 6.5 cm (framed: 26 x 20.5 x 1 cm / 14.5 x 12 x 1.5 cm). Slight browning and staining. The texts begin: ''Propterea populi confitebunt tibi (...)'' and ''Laudate dominum omnes gentes laudate eum (...)''. Framed behind glass, allowing both sides to be viewed (unopened).ZWEI PSALTER-EINZELSEITEN Ende 14. Jh. Leicht gebraeunt und fleckig. Die Textanfaenge lauten: 'Propterea populi confitebunt tibi (...)' und 'Laudate dominum omnes gentes laudate eum (...)'. Beidansichtig hinter Glas gerahmt (ungeoeffnet).
