1) LEN SUZOR JR., PINTAIL DRAKE DECOY. Pintail drake decoy crafted by Len Suzor Jr. of the Suzor family of carvers. Decoy measures approx. 18 1/2" in length, featuring white and brown plumage, with a blue bill and brown glass eyes. Underside is branded "L/ S". Complete with Len Suzor Jr. maker tag. CONDITION: very good to excellent, with few spots of light wear. (02-25984/MLW). 2) G.F. CRANWELL, "OLD SQUAW DRAKE" DECOY. "Old Squaw Drake" decoy crafted by G.F. Cranwell. Decoy measures approx. 17" in length, featuring black, white, and brown plumage, with a black and gray beak, as well as yellow glass eyes. Underside is of bare wood, marked "OLD Squaw Drake" in marker above a branded "DECOYS BY/ G.F. CRANWILL/ PFKIN, ILL." within an oval. CONDITION: decoy retains the majority of its original painted exterior, exhibiting patches of wear fading to plain wood, with the tail and edges of tail section showing the most prominent wear. Neck exhibits a crack in the paint around the circumference of the base. Front of decoy exhibits a few small cracks, with a large crack running through the center of Cranwell's brand marking.
