Top of the bbl. is marked with Colt's single line address, with "COLTS/ PATENT" marked on the left side of the frame. Left side of trigger guard is marked "36 CAL". Frame, hammer, and loading lever exhibit a case colored finish, with the bbl. and rebated cyl. exhibiting a blue finish. Silver plated brass trigger guard and rear grip strap with 1-piece plain wood grip. Brass cone front sight with hammer notched rear sight. All serialized parts are matching and include the frame, trigger guard, rear grip strap, cyl., bbl., and bbl. wedge. CONDITION: near fine, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory finishes, exhibiting some light edge wear on the edges of the muzzle, and a light drag line on the cyl. Silver retains a mostly bright appearance, with some tarnishing. Brilliant mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Grip is very good to excellent overall. (01-29524/MLW).
