Condition Report:

The locket has wear to the gilding showing a more rose tone underneath. There are scuffs and scratches commensurate with use, general wear commensurate with age and use. The glazed compartments have no noticeable cracks or chips. The miniature appears in good condition, however it has not been taken out of the setting and so we cannot guarantee that there are no hairline cracks.
