THREE SHELL CAMEO BROOCHES
The first a late Victorian shell cameo carved with the profile of a Bacchante, within a polished lobed setting with ropetwist detail, stamped 9ct; together with a mid 20th century shell cameo brooch/pendant, carved with the profile of a lady, unmarked; and a further sell cameo brooch, carved with the profile of a lady, the setting stamped 835

Condition Report:
The first with some hairline fractures visible when held to the light, a couple visible at the back of the cameo, some glue at the back of the cameo, some knocks and bends to the setting, the brooch fitting has been resoldered into place and has adaptions to the clasp.
Second cameo has wear commensurate with use, slight powdery residue to the cameo, some hairline fractures
Third in silver gilt setting, some wear to the gilding and hairline fractures to cameo.
