Donald L. Quigley was a United States Army Air Forces fighter pilot and World War II flying ace. Flying with the 75th Fighter Squadron, 23rd Fighter Group, he was credited with five aerial victories, achieving ace status while serving in the China-Burma-India Theater. Quigley continued his military career following World War II, retiring with the rank of lieutenant colonel.
