Boyington's Black Sheep Squadron commemorative 10 x 8 thick-stock printed photograph autographed by three veterans of Marine Fighting Squadron 214 (VMF-214): Ed Olander, Bob McClurg, and John Bolt. The image depicts members of the legendary "Black Sheep Squadron" posed with one of their Vought F4U Corsair fighters in November 1943.

Marine Fighting Squadron 214, better known as Boyington's Black Sheep Squadron, became one of the most celebrated fighter units of the Second World War under the leadership of Medal of Honor recipient Gregory "Pappy" Boyington. Flying the rugged Vought F4U Corsair throughout the Solomon Islands campaign, the squadron earned an extraordinary combat record and later inspired the popular television series *Baa Baa Black Sheep*. John F. Bolt became one of the Marine Corps' leading fighter aces with 6½ aerial victories during World War II before adding six more victories in the Korean War, making him the Corps' first jet ace. Ed Olander and Bob McClurg also served with VMF-214 during its distinguished wartime operations in the Pacific, preserving the legacy of one of America's most famous fighter squadrons.
