H G Dobbs drive his 1089cc Riley to first place, (awarded after car No 3 Mr T P Cholmondley-Tapper's Bugatti was disqualified). Dobbs started 12th with a handicap of 13 seconds and reeled in the rest of the field over 5 laps of the 'Mountain Course'. Second place went to Mr G Taylor's Alta driven by A.
