The carbon typed document is a contract between Georges Mathonet of the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels and Piaf in which it is agreed that the singer will add a Gala performance to her schedule for the evening of 18th April 1961 at the Ancienne Belgique, further stating that Piaf will receive a fee of 100,000 Belgian francs for her appearance and that commissions of 5% each will be paid to Monsieur Dizos and Monsieur Barrier.
