The document, as required by the Probate Court, provides a household inventory with individual values, including a clock ($2), bureau ($10), looking glass ($2.50), double barrel gun ($5), two cows ($20) etc., and also includes a list of thirteen individuals, evidently slaves, detailing their ages and values, including Charles (56 years; $400), his wife Nelly (44 years; $300), Francis (8 years; $500), Asia (18 years and observed to be a ?dwarf?; $800) and Louisa & James (26 and 2 1/2 years; $2000), the total amounting to $10,400.50.
