Description
This peach-shaped incense box takes the shape of a fruit, which is round and plump. It is fastened with a mother-in-law mouth and has side leaves and pedicles. The shape is vivid and subtle. The box body is based on bronze gold earth, with a luster as warm and moist as the autumn sun. The surface is decorated with silver, bronze color gold (or gold and silver inlaid / Mosaic) expresses the flowers and leaves of camellia (Tsubaki). The petals are stacked, the veins are rolled, and the stamens are detailed and dotted. They show a cool silver glow on the ground, which is full of the interest of appreciation in the world. The shape of the device is homophonic with the words "shou" and "immortality", and the flowers and leaves add elegance. It is suitable for storing fragrant pills, tea powder or as scholar's object for pure play. It is attached with an old wooden box and is inscribed "Peach-shaped Xianghe", etc., which has the atmosphere of Tibet from Japan. The overall craftsmanship is exquisite, gold has a calm color, and the lines are soft yet firm. It is a delicate device that can be held and appreciated on the desk, dish, integrating auspicious meanings and a sense of season.
