14k white gold ring with a 1.83 carat purplish-red pear-shaped faceted ruby, surrounded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.34 carats (H-I, SII-SI2), and flanked by two round cut colorless sapphires totaling approximately 0.38 carats, together with an IGI report on the gemstones, marked, "JTQ 14K GS 2.21 D 0.34."
