A mid 19th century brass inlaid rosewood writing slope, later converted to a fly box by Taylor and Mason Of rectangular form, the lid with inset shaped corners within a line border, the centre inset with a vacant shaped cartouche, the front similarly with a dot and line border, the centre with a shaped escutcheon, the later cedar lined interior well fitted twin foam lined lift out square trays above a further foam lined lift out compartmented rectangular tray, all with leather pulls, the well similarly fitted with further foam lined compartments, 13cm high, 45cm wide, 23.5cm deep For further information on this lot please visit Bonhams.com For further information about this lot please visit the lot listing
