Attractive FN Herstal 509 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm, serial number GKS0020897, and presented in clean used condition with only light signs of use consistent with age. This example features a 4-inch barrel with a bright bore and sharp, well-defined rifling, along with durable metal three-dot sights. Offered in a Ducks Unlimited special-edition configuration, the pistol is accompanied by five total magazines and an FN soft case, creating a well-equipped package with added collector interest beyond the standard 509.

The FN 509 was developed as a modern striker-fired service pistol and reflects FNs long experience producing military, law-enforcement, and commercial handguns. Its polymer-frame construction, full-size 9mm configuration, and service-oriented design have made the 509 a prominent part of FNs modern pistol lineup. Special-edition examples associated with organizations such as Ducks Unlimited can offer additional appeal to collectors seeking distinctive variations of established production models.
