Offered here is an assortment of handcuffs and restraints. Two sets are retained in their original Peerless Handcuff Company boxes and are identified as Peerless. Also included are an unboxed set of standard chain-linked handcuffs, a larger chained restraint assembly, and two black nylon carrying pouches. The manufacturers of the unboxed restraints are not confirmed.

The restraints show varying degrees of handling, storage, and previous use, with scratches and surface wear visible on the metal components. The Peerless boxes exhibit edge wear, creasing, and general storage wear, while the nylon pouches appear generally intact.
