Ron Ferdinand autographed First Day Cover bearing a 1978 Christmas issue, postmarked October 18, 1978, in Holly, Michigan. Ferdinand added an original sketch of Dennis the Menace at left and signed beneath the drawing, dating the piece "4-95."

Ron Ferdinand is an American cartoonist best known for his work on Dennis the Menace. He became the longtime artist of the Sunday Dennis the Menace comic strip, helping continue Hank Ketcham's classic character for generations of readers.
