Details:

Anastas Mikoyan autographed 1943 typed Secret Soviet government document addressed to the Minister of Foreign Trade of the USSR concerning trade prices with Mongolia. The DS was sent directly to Mikoyan who has added a lenghty inscription with bold blue signature across the upper portion of the document. The document is also signed by Stalin's commissar Comrade Kaganovich in the upper left in blue.

Anastas Mikoyan (1895–1978) was one of the Soviet Union’s most influential political figures, serving under Joseph Stalin, Nikita Khrushchev, and Leonid Brezhnev across several decades of Soviet leadership. Often associated with Soviet trade and foreign commerce, Mikoyan played a major role in rebuilding Soviet industry following World War II and became one of the longest-serving senior officials in Soviet history. He later served as Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet, effectively the ceremonial head of state of the USSR during the early 1960s.
