Tommy Chong (1938-) is a Canadian-American actor, comedian, musician, and writer best known as one half of the comedy duo Cheech & Chong with Cheech Marin. The pair became major figures in 1970s counterculture comedy through a series of successful albums and films including Up in Smoke, Cheech and Chong's Next Movie, and Nice Dreams. Chong has also appeared in numerous film and television productions, including a recurring role as Leo on That '70s Show. In animation, he provided the voice of Yax, the easygoing owner of the Mystic Spring Oasis naturalist club, in Walt Disney Animation Studios' Zootopia.
