Allen J. Lynch autographed First Day Cover commemorating Colonial American Craftsmen and the American Revolution Bicentennial. The ArtCraft cacheted cover bears a block of four 8-cent Colonial American Craftsmen stamps and is signed prominently in blue ink by Lynch across the lower portion.

Allen James Lynch (born 1945) is a United States Army veteran who received the Medal of Honor for his actions during the Vietnam War. On December 15, 1967, while serving as a radio telephone operator with Company D, 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division, Lynch repeatedly crossed exposed terrain under intense enemy fire to aid wounded soldiers and move them to safety. He was presented the Medal of Honor by President Richard Nixon in 1970.
