'Kappa Ceti' is approximately thirty light years from Earth, which pairs perfectly with the age statement of this fine single malt. It was mature for 23 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and a further 7 years in 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem Oloroso sherry butts.
