The Glenlivet Cellar Collection, 1972 (1x 70cl) Region: Speyside, single malt Fill Level: into neck Capsule: good condition Label: good labelling Packaging: no box Alcohol content: 52.3% ABV Notes: Bottled at cask strength. Bottle No. 0609. Distilled in 1972 and bottled 0n 24.08.05. Distilled and bottled by The Glenlivet Distillery, Banffshire. Footnotes: Distilled in 1972, this exceptionally mature Glenlivet was released as part of the distillery's prestigious Cellar Collection, a series created to showcase rare and historic whiskies selected from its extensive reserves. Matured for over three decades, the 1972 release reflects an earlier era of production at The Glenlivet and was produced in limited quantities. Its combination of vintage, age and provenance makes it a notable expression within the Cellar Collection and an increasingly scarce example of mature Glenlivet.
